In an interview with David Rubin, Rich Dad Poor Dad Author Robert Kiyosaki shared his pessimistic views on a CBDC, central bank digital currency. Many rumors and theories have been attached to a CBDC, none of which seem to paint a positive picture. Many crypto analysts and traditional economists are dead set against a CBDC, as many feel there will be an inevitable government overreach and a CBDC is one step closer to eliminating our existing freedoms. Although many are opposed to a CBDC, some will argue that our current monetary system, along with all of the other devices, are already tracking us and a CBDC is one way to eliminate illegal transactions. Nonetheless, Kiyosaki went on to give his view on the manner, along with his hardcore beliefs on freedom, getting educated financially, and what you can do to protect yourself against the not-so-bright future.
