The Bitcoin Halving Is Upon Us. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading for $62,353, up slightly in the past 24 hours, 1.5%, but still down big in the past 7 days, at 12.3%. Ethereum and Solana are faring worse in the past 7 days, as Ethereum is trading for $3,013, down 15.1% and Solana is trading for a hundred thirty-nine dollars, down 19%. But these numbers and the Eeth/Bitcoin cross are to be expected, according to macro analyst Raoul Pal. In an urgent message to his followers, Raoul expressed that during the crypto spring, historically speaking, Ethereum bottoms more than Bitcoin, but soon after during the crypto summer, it skyrockets past Bitcoin (in percentage gains). This is alternatively known as altcoin season… and according to Raoul, we are now there. Just like the weather during spring, there are some cool, rainy days, reminiscent of fall. Raoul suggests that the crypto price action is similar, a run up here, back down there, but when we hit full summer, the price action is going to break just like when it's 85 degrees and sunny almost daily and for crypto, Raoul believes we are MAYBE a month, month and a half, away so now is the time to set it and forget it with your coins but Raoul pleaded to NOT forget these keys to a crypto summer; Don’t go crazy with leverage, don’t get FOMO, don’t put too much weight into d-jen bets, and don’t get greedy.
