As a guest on Crypto Banter, Trader Gareth Soloway doubled down on his previous comments, in which he stated that when Bitcoin hits the $25,300 resistance level, he’s going to short Bitcoin. Earlier on Tuesday, Bitcoin hit $25,192.51 but quickly retraced, and at the time of writing, is currently trading for $24,130.57, down 3.1% in the past 24 hours. Soloway believes if Bitcoin were to retrace back down below the $22,000 level, the charts do not show any support levels until $18,000 and then, it can retrace even further to his bottom prediction of $12,000. However, Soloway did recognize that we might be in the beginning stages of a bull market if Bitcoin can sustain above $30,000 for a prolonged period of time. Soloway revealed that Bitcoin isn’t the only thing he’s short, as he recommended to his followers that it’s time to short Solana and other coins. And that we should be in for a choppy second half of 2023 across all markets.
