After the Fed 25 basis point rate hike and the positive job reports, many believe we are in for a soft landing after the economy experienced its highest level of inflation in decades. However, Investor and Best-Selling Author Robert Kiyosaki believes it’s all smoke and mirrors and that the coming crash will be catastrophic. In an interview with London Real, Kiyosaki expressed his concern for massive money printing and the current state of the US economy. Kiyosaki’s sentiment leaned heavily on the view of his good friend, Economist Jim Rickards, who believes are heading, if not already in, a depression. Kiyosaki, known for his bearish views, believes this is all being orchestrated by the government with mal intent. Kiyosaki went on to state that in his view, all the issues plaguing America, the violent crimes, the protests, the mass homeless across major cities, all these issues are the result of a combination of inflated currency and the lack of financial education.
