As Bitcoin trades between $28,000 and $29,000, many detractors and Bitcoin haters are relishing the downturn of the market, such as Peter Schiff, who has since been on a tweetstorm over the past few days, regarding the cryptocurrency crash, tweeting;
Anyone who doesn't sell their #Bitcoin now has no one but themselves to blame for their losses. HODL at your own risk and prepare to lose everything! Don't say I didn't warn you. And don't reply that this tweet won't age will because it will.
Not a hater nor a detractor, Gareth Soloway of inthemoneystocks.com, has been calling for a deep correction as well, predicting a $20k Bitcoin price for months now. Gareth took a lot of heat on social media for his bearish calls during bullish action with many on social media saying he is wrong with this call. In an interview with Kitco News, Gareth all but said “I told you so”. While we are not quite at his $20k prediction, he feels we are unfortunately on the path to $20k and as Bitcoin dipped to as low as $26,000 within in past few days, it's hard to argue his call. Many will say that a broken clock is right twice a day, but Gareth supported his reasoning for the call and says now, anyone who doesn’t believe we are in for a deeper correction is too emotionally attached and can’t see the logical reality of what’s happening. Although the market is experiencing turbulent times, it's not all doom and gloom. Long term, Gareth is super bullish on Bitcoin but we just have to be patient.
